Frequent speakers need to consider more than simply getting to the next venue. Plan Travel Around Your Speaking Calendar

Transportation planning should begin as soon as conference dates are confirmed.  Look at the entire sequence of engagements rather than arranging each journey independently.  Two events that appear separate may be close enough geographically to combine into a single road trip, potentially reducing flights, airport transfers, and rental car expenses.
